Our Service

Sewistic provides hassle-free tailoring service through its website. Now you don’t have to worry about stitching, measurements or getting the perfect fit. We are the one-stop E-tailor shop for both men and women. Gone are the days when you had to put up with the hassle of wait for hours in queues, brief your tailor and get your items delivered after ages.

Sewistic is a personalized and contemporary pickup and home delivery tailoring service that begins and ends in the comfort of your own home. Our rider will come to you wherever you are, take all the necessary clothes and accessories required in the stitching process, drive it back to our tailoring hub and have it dropped back to your doorstep within 5 working days.

Sewistic offers tailoring/stitching services only, which does not encompass provision for fabric sale and/or purchase.

Placing an Order:

Ordering online tailoring service at Sewistic is easy. You simply add the items you require with the required options (Neckline type, Sleeves type, Bottom Type, Measurements, etc) in your shopping cart by clicking on Add to Cart whenever you see an item you would like to buy. Adding an item to your cart does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You can review the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the My Cart button. Once you have found all the items you need and you click to go to the checkout to pay for your purchases, you will be asked to give us details of the billing and the shipping address.

However, upon your successful completion of booking an order, we may call you on the telephone or mobile number provided to confirm the details of the order, the price to be paid and the estimated delivery time. For this purpose, you will be required to share certain information with us, including but not limited to (i) Your name (ii) mobile number (iii) material pick-up address and (iv) email address. It shall be your sole responsibility to bring any incorrect details to our attention.

The typical lead time for delivery of the product from the time of order is 5 - 7 working days. (excluding special and fancy apparels eg: wedding dresses or bridal dresses.)

Measurements / Sample Dress Policy

In order to proceed with your order, its mandatory for you to select one option from the following two options regarding measurements of the dress to be stitched by Sewistic.

Conformity of Goods

The fabric provided by the customer for stitching should be ready-to-stitch thus Sewistic is not responsible for shrinking the fabric or indulge in any such activities prior to stitching. Fabric for your order and best-fit-garment (Sample) pick-up is only possible between 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM from Monday to Saturdays with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.

Payments

We accept payments via Cash on delivery, Direct Bank Transfer, easypaisa and Jazz cash.

All the prices displayed on the website do not contain the delivery charges, (however, Delivery is 100% free for all the orders from Karachi).

Shipping / Delivery

Sewistic provides FREE SHIPPING on all items within Karachi only. Orders from other cities and International orders have a small shipping fee associated with them accordingly.

We will stitch and ship your garment to you within 5 - 7 working days depending on preferences.

Refund Policy

In circumstances where you consider that a delivered order is defective, not properly stitched according to your size and selected design, then you should promptly contact our Care Center with details of the flaws in our order within the 48 hours of the order delivery.

Refund is only eligible if:

  • The prepared order is not according to the dimensions/measurements shared by the customer.
  • The prepared order is worn, damaged, burned or stained upon delivery.
  • The prepared order does not match the pattern/design selected by the customer via website.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange without the original receipt.

  Return Conditions: Any delivered order must be in the same condition in which you received them. It must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with the tags attached and with original packing.

Reversed | Returned | Refunded

  1. Reversed: If the delivery isn't successful due to the unavailability of the customer at the given address, then contact via phone will be done by our care center to acquire another address, upon 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer has to pick his/her apparel by himself/herself.
    Sewistic will not be responsible for the Unpicked orders, after 30 days from the date order placed.
  2. Returned: At Sewistic, we always value our customers, If you find your order with any defects, stains or flaws, you can return it back to our rider and contact our care center for your desired change.
  3. Refunded: Upon meeting the above-mentioned refund policy , the Total bill will be returned to the customer via direct bank transfer or easypaisa/jazzcash within 24 to 48 hours, with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.

Trial | Alteration Policy

you can opt for first and 1 FREE ALTERATION, in case of any misfits. Note that alteration request has to be raised within 48 hours of delivery of apparel. After 1 free alteration, other alterations will be charged for PKR: 170 each. (including the shipping cost.)

Right to Cancel | Cancellation Policy

Order can only be canceled within the first 24 hours of order placement when our care center gives you a confirmation call via phone. Unfortunately, the order can't be canceled once the stitching process is started.
