• Step 2: Select your Desired Design.
• Step 3: Share Measurements and/or Schedule a Pick-up for your Fabric & Best-Fit-Garment(Sample Dress).
• Step 4: Add your order to cart, Review your Order and Checkout.
• Step 5: Enjoy a Professionally Stitched Dress within 5 Days

Sewistic offers tailoring/stitching services only, which does not encompass provision for fabric sale and/or purchase.

In case of any misfits, you can always opt for FREE ALTERATION.

If your dress does not match measurements provided or to the dimensions of the shared sample dress or it is not tailored according to your selected design, then sewistic would love to fix it for you for 100% free.

For any alteration request please write to [email protected] or call our care center at 0335-1247979, our rider will take your dress back from you and will deliver the perfectly sized dress back to you within 5 days.

We understand that first time shoppers on our site may take some time getting used to it, hence as per our Guaranteed Fit policy, we alter the apparel of the customer Free of Charge regardless of whose error it was.

It’s a sort of Insurance against your own mistake in providing the measurement or sample dress/garment. We also provide assistance to customers to create their measurement profile with us so that the next time around the fit is perfect.

In any circumstances where you consider that a delivered order is defective, not properly stitched according to your size and selected design, then you should promptly contact our Care Center with details of the flaws in our order within the 48 hours of the order delivery by writing us at [email protected] or call our care center at 0335-1247979.
